Ranking in the table will be decided as follows. Firstly: Number of points. If
points are level, the following tie-breakers are applied:

1. Forfeiting of a Game leads automatically to being ranked last in the the ranking process
2. Bigger number of wins
3. Better goal difference
4. Higher number of scored goals
5. Lower number of penalty minutes received
6. Drawing Lots
